Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, covering configuration, customization, and integrations with enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, gap fit analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources to extend CRM functionality.
• Build integrations with ERP, LOB systems, MS Outlook, SharePoint, and Active Directory using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create custom and out-of-the-box CRM reports using SSRS and handle data migration via SSIS or Scribe.
• Manage CRM security models, deployment processes, and adhere to Agile development practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, WCF, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, OData, and REST APIs for CRM customization.
• Expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and Active Directory synchronization.
• Experience integrating CRM with on-premise and online enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of CRM security models, entities, and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NServiceBus or similar messaging frameworks.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional areas in Sales, Marketing, and Service management.
