You will design, develop, and implement CRM solutions to optimize business processes and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM through workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Connect CRM with external business applications using APIs or middleware.
• Manage data migrations and maintain system data integrity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor system performance for scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to data security and privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Apps and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and data migration.
• Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
