Description

You will provision, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM business solutions, balancing native configurations with custom code only when necessary.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement xRM solutions, including entities, workflows, business process flows, portals, and custom applications.
• Develop integrations using C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server, leveraging REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
• Configure security groups, teams, roles, and web roles while maintaining relational data models.
• Create custom reports using SSRS and build dashboards to improve business process efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot platform errors, optimize performance, and document technical designs and knowledge transfers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer, with 2+ years specifically in Dynamics 365 configuration and custom code.
• Expertise in Dynamics 2016/365 CRM configurations, out-of-the-box workflows, and custom workflows.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server for customizations and plug-ins.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics data model, CRM API, and O365 platform integrations (including SharePoint).
• Experience with XrmToolBox, Ribbon Workbench, and creating custom add-ins.
• Ability to articulate technical feasibility to business users and balance native features with custom development.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Operations modules.
• Knowledge of Business Process Flows (BPFs) and advanced reporting techniques.
