Description

You will design, configure, and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, translating business requirements into technical documentation and seamless integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Dynamics 2016/365 CRM solutions and custom XRMS modules.
• Develop custom code using C#.NET, JavaScript, and HTML to extend CRM capabilities.
• Package and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions across QA, UAT, and Production instances.
• Meet with stakeholders to document as-is and to-be processes.
• Create and consume Web APIs and Web Services to integrate external data sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and configuration.
• 5+ years of programming experience in C#.NET for custom code development.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Liquid templates.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS, specifically SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• 3+ years of experience creating and consuming Web API/Web Services.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Portal Design and Power Apps Portals.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM SSRS custom development.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Ribbon Workbench, and XRM Tool Box.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint Online integration and O365 platform features.
• Experience with Power Automate and data migration using SSIS.
