Description

You will lead the D365 Finance & Operations functional workstream for a chemicals manufacturing implementation across the U.S. and Mexico.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams by facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Map business processes and configure the system to ensure integration across finance, accounting, procurement, and supply chain.
• Oversee data migration and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support solution design and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
• Train end users and manage stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in functional roles.
• Extensive experience in multiple full-cycle D365 Finance implementations.
• Expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and tax localization.
• Deep knowledge of multi-entity consolidations and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and UAT.
• Strong business process knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in chemicals manufacturing, landed cost calculations, and inventory valuation.
• Dynamics 365 certifications.
