Description

You will provide technical development and administration expertise for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage security roles, user authorizations, and case management for issue triage and troubleshooting.
• Maintain the system by testing and deploying patches, hotfixes, and Microsoft enhancements.
• Oversee non-production environments, including configuration, data synchronization, automated backups, and decommissioning.
• Monitor and report on metrics regarding system operations, performance, and availability.
• Identify optimization opportunities and develop action plans to resolve implementation issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role within Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O).
• 5 years of experience developing custom applications, interfaces, and reports with Microsoft Dynamics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in D365 F&O environments.
• 3+ years of expertise customizing Microsoft Dynamics.
• 1+ years of development experience using Microsoft Visual Studio on Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O.
• Experience implementing SDLC methodologies and best practices.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating design documents and unit test scripts.
