Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams across all project phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Dataverse, Azure services, and the Power Platform.
• Drive enterprise migrations, upgrades, and transformation programs to D365 F&O.
• Establish and oversee CI/CD pipelines to manage the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in ERP solution delivery, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012/AX7.0) and D365 F&O.
• Minimum 3+ years implementing D365 Finance & Operations, including greenfield, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Strong proficiency in X++ and .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of D365 data migration strategies and Dual-write fundamentals.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for D365 development and deployment.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Understanding of D365 F&O data structures, extension models, and performance optimization.
• Ability to conduct architectural and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
