Description

You will design and implement bespoke Dynamics 365/AX solutions to optimize client business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke AX solutions, including complex integrations, significant module changes, or new module development.
• Write complex functional specifications and act as the translation point between functional and technical teams.
• Analyze client business processes to determine project deliverables and develop approaches to improve existing procedures.
• Manage large work streams to maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare Managed Services teams for support transitions.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in a Functional Finance, Asset Management, Project Accounting, Distribution & Trade, HR, Manufacturing, or Maintenance consulting role.
• Experience with at least 2 full life cycle ERP implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong background in major ERP solutions and implementation methodologies.
• Specialist knowledge in Finance, Asset Management, Project Accounting, Distribution & Trade, HR, Manufacturing, or Maintenance.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead people.
• Proven skills in documentation and professional communication.

Preferred Skills

• Logical approach to problem solving and structured change management.
• Industry expertise in services, retail, finance, manufacturing, or the public sector.
