Description

Lead functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to document requirements and design business solutions.
• Create functional design specifications and detailed project scope documents.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to architect D365 CRM, xRM systems, customizations, and reports.
• Manage project schedules and task estimates using Microsoft Project while mitigating risks.
• Deliver end-user training and lead internal sessions on new functionality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM.
• Proven track record of at least 8 end-to-end full life cycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, CDM, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Required CRM Certifications.
• Strong ability to lead functional teams involving both onshore and offshore resources.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics 365 Omni-Channel and Contact Center experience.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience with SharePoint integration with CRM.
