Description

You will lead functional consulting engagements and drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations from discovery through go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, process analysis, and requirements definition sessions.
• Configure D365 Project Operations entities including projects, tasks, milestones, and resource management.
• Define and support integrations with Finance, HR, or external PSA/ERP systems.
• Execute data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable templates and best-practice assets.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or F&O).
• 3+ years implementing or supporting Project Operations or Project Service Automation (PSA).
• Deep understanding of project accounting, resource management, time/expense, and billing models.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and requirements documentation.
• Strong workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with Data Migration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reusable templates and best-practice asset creation.
