Description

Lead the design, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own requirement gathering, gap fit analysis, and solution design for Dynamics CRM projects.
• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 using plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LOB) and Microsoft tools including Outlook, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Manage data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools, and handle AD synchronization.
• Create out-of-the-box and custom SSRS reports, and implement CRM security models.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total hands-on experience, with 8+ years specifically on Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, OData, and REST for CRM Web API interactions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product features, including entities, workflows, and configuration.
• Experience with integrations involving MS Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365 Administration, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools such as Scribe or SSIS.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of maintaining job tenure of at least 3 years in previous roles.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects, particularly advanced JavaScripting and installation processes.
• Experience with Java-based enterprise integrations.
