Description

You will provide L2/L3 technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics products, resolving complex customer issues through investigation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own and investigate complex technical and functional customer issues to deliver effective resolutions.
• Define customer problems by creating accurate reproduction scenarios and implementing necessary workarounds.
• Drive communication with corporate customers to maintain confidence in problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-group peers to solve business process challenges.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and maintain functional leadership in specific product areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Functional Consultant or Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, SCM, Retail, or Commerce).
• Proficiency in SQL Queries and data migration processes.
• Strong development skills in X++ and .NET.
• Experience with Power Platform integration and Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of customization, configuration, and security/role-based access control.
• Relevant Microsoft product certifications.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and Windows Administration.
