Description

You will lead the implementation, migration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. You own the technical delivery from requirement analysis through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure D365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance & Operations.
• Translate business requirements into system functionality by customizing workflows, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Develop and manage data migration processes from legacy systems to D365.
• Perform system integrations with third-party applications and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades and patches.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise in customizing and configuring D365 applications.
• Proficiency in Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and SSRS for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 online and on-premise versions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications (e.g., Finance & Operations).
• Experience with DevOps practices in D365.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
