Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

Conduct requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and solution design while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Develop and support CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, business process flows, JavaScript, and web resources.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and third-party applications.

Manage data migration activities using tools such as Scribe, SSIS, and other integration technologies while ensuring data integrity.

Provide technical leadership, support CRM security models, reporting solutions (SSRS), and ensure successful delivery using Agile development methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, integrations, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, CRM Web API, and CRM security models.

Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, and developing solutions using .NET, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and web services
