Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions to support sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.

Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap-fit assessments, and translate functional needs into scalable CRM solutions and system designs.

Develop and support CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, business process flows, JavaScript, web resources, and CRM Web API integrations.

Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise applications such as ERP systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and third-party platforms.

Manage data migration, reporting, and analytics solutions using tools such as SSIS, Scribe, SSRS, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system performance, and ensure successful CRM project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.

12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and implementation.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, CRM Web API, CRM security model, and solution design.

Proven experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP systems, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory, and third-party applications, along with strong knowledge of .NET, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and data migration tools such as Scribe
