Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop customizations including plugins, workflows, business process flows, JavaScript, and web resources.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and third-party applications.
• Manage data migration using Scribe, SSIS, and other integration tools while ensuring data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership on CRM security models, SSRS reporting, and Agile delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration.
• Proficiency in building plugins, workflows, and using the CRM Web API.
• Strong JavaScript skills for CRM web resources and business logic.
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Proven track record integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and Office 365.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scribe for data migration and transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
