Description

Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for sales, marketing, and customer service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable CRM solutions by translating business requirements into system designs.
• Develop customizations including plugins, workflows, business process flows, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory using CRM Web API.
• Manage data migration, reporting, and analytics using SSIS, Scribe, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance while collaborating with stakeholders and architects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics configuration, customization, workflows, and security models.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and CRM Web API.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and data migration tools like Scribe.
• Proven track record integrating Dynamics with enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
