Description

Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for sales, marketing, and customer service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and system designs through gap-fit assessments.
• Develop customizations including plugins, workflows, business process flows, JavaScript, and CRM Web API integrations.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with ERP systems, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory, and third-party platforms.
• Manage data migration, reporting, and analytics using SSIS, Scribe, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure project delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, workflows, and security models.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, and CRM Web API.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and data migration tools like Scribe.
• Proven ability to integrate Dynamics with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business process flows and web resources.
• Strong background in troubleshooting system performance and enhancing CRM solutions.
