Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions for the Richmond, VA office.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, and testing of Power Platform solutions.
- Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
- Troubleshoot and remediate technical Dynamics 365 issues, documenting solutions and working with system administrators to implement fixes.
- Define and refine governance approaches for the platform while adhering to implementation best practices.
- Prepare mockups and prototypes to demonstrate how Power Platform features meet business needs.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience managing solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service and Customer Service.
- 8+ years of experience with D365 customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BDFs.
- 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Lead.
- 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
- 3+ years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
- 3+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Customer Service modules.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
