Description

You will lead the technical implementation, customization, and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customizations for Dynamics 365 HR and CRM to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps to automate business processes.
• Translate functional designs into ERP configurations while ensuring alignment with user processes.
• Collaborate with IT analysts and stakeholders to define system requirements and design approaches.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical consultancy or software development.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and implementation.
• Proven track record in custom development using Power Apps.
• Experience in ERP software development, web development, or .NET.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical functional designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Finance & Operations (F&O).
