Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of D365 CRM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable components.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems like ERP, SharePoint, and Project Management.
• Configure model-driven apps, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, and role-based security.
• Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT efforts to ensure quality.
• Mentor junior developers, create technical documentation, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure Services and integrating D365 with external ERP or finance systems.
• Solid understanding of ALM processes, solution management, DevOps, and CI/CD in D365 environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
