Description

You will configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements, specifically within Sales or Customer Service modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops, storyboard processes, and develop functional prototypes.
• Lead technical discussions and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Deliver solutions aligned with business needs within Agile delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities.
• Proven ability in workshop facilitation and prototyping.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
• Degree or equivalent qualification (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing business analysis activities.
• Current Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
