Description

Lead D365 Supply Chain and Manufacturing workstreams, covering requirements gathering, solution design, and user training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and user training for D365 Supply Chain and Manufacturing workstreams.
• Create BRDs, FDDs, and solution blueprints to map functional and non-functional requirements.
• Break down business processes to link client needs with product capabilities.
• Develop test scenarios and lead testing for proposed system implementations.
• Document processes and guide clients through critical project phases.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with D365 SCM and Manufacturing.
• Proven track record of completing 4–5 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of ERP business processes and discrete manufacturing.
• Experience implementing core and advanced Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Ability to identify industry-specific challenges and risks during vertical application implementations.
• Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to explain complex reasoning behind system changes to users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional D365 modules beyond SCM and Manufacturing.
• Background in specific manufacturing verticals (e.g., automotive, electronics).
