Description

You will lead the implementation, testing, and stabilization of Dynamics 365 CE for local teams in Mexico.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end system testing to identify and resolve issues before and during rollout.
• Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions in Spanish.
• Provide dedicated hyper-care support and troubleshooting immediately following go-live.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for common processes.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Deep understanding of Sales, Field Service, and Case Management modules.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges with Spanish-speaking teams.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
