Description

You will manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing, handling system configuration, customization, and security management.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet business needs.
• Manage the ServiceNow incident queue, providing timely support for Dynamics 365 tasks within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systems, monitor system health, and conduct data integrity audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, internal development teams, and Microsoft support to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
• Knowledge of Azure services.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
