Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive global business value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business ideas into functional strategies, technical specifications, and design documents for developers.
• Oversee the implementation of D365 enhancements, including customizations, integrations, and data management.
• Manage customer project delivery and maintain accountability for the success of project engagements.
• Develop functional scenario-based test scripts and test data to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct user training sessions and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure global process adoption.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform to increase end-user productivity.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements within defined processes.
• Ability to manage D365 service providers and stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or an MBA in Finance/Operations.
