Responsibilities

Position Description:

Our team is responsible for the contact center CRM technology used globally, specifically supporting case management software, chat, Telephony, SMS, and more communication channels. We are looking for a Software Engineer that will be responsible for configuration and deployment. Will also triage support tickets and manage product launches.

Skills Required:

• Solid Experience - MS.Net, MS Dynamics 365, Javascript/jquery Experience in Call center products
• Telephony / Chat Experience in versioning tools
• Github / Bitbucket

Education Required:

• B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in the requested field
