Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Lead functional design and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, bridging business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and validate fitment against Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Marketing, and Field Services.
• Prepare detailed functional documentation and design specifications.
• Lead functional design discussions with clients and align business stakeholders with technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Field Services.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations.
• Ability to interpret best practices and apply them to client solutions.
• Experience preparing functional documentation and leading design workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of tenure in current or similar consulting roles.
