Lead business requirement gathering and implement D365 solutions to improve system efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial workshops to production deployment.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to identify opportunities and translate them into D365 entities, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Organize workshops and proof of concepts to illustrate solution designs and validate business needs.
• Provide guidance on process approaches that prioritize configured solutions over custom code.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide platform direction, troubleshooting, and architecture guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and consultation.
• Hands-on experience with D365 configuration and customization.
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience developing with Azure Power Apps.
• Experience building workflows using Power Automate.
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve bugs, and manage system deployments.
• Manage system upgrades, deployments, and the development of applications within the Power Platform and Azure ecosystems.
