Description

You will design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Maintain and upgrade existing CRM systems to meet business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of CRM SDK, Web Services, and REST/OData endpoints.
• Familiarity with Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
