Description

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dataverse solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and support custom CRM plugins, workflows, and SDK-based extensions using .NET and C#.
• Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles within the CRM platform.
• Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Modernize legacy customizations toward out-of-the-box capabilities and Power Component Framework (PCF).
• Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release activities using enterprise-approved tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Experience building CRM plugins, custom workflows, and SDK-based extensions.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for enterprise system integrations.
• Experience working in an enterprise SDLC environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM Online, Dataverse, and cloud-based Dynamics deployments.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps, and PCF.
