Description

You will lead the migration of legacy systems from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2012 to Salesforce. You analyze legacy components, conduct requirements gathering, and advise on complex solution architecture to support the transition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2012 components to support the transition strategy.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create technical and functional documentation, including Visio workflows and process engineering maps.
  • Develop analytical recommendations to support phase-down strategies and ensure smooth system transitions.
  • Lead technical teams through Microsoft CRM API usage and integration development.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience.
  • Proven experience in a consulting role facilitating discovery workshops.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft CRM modules, specifically Sales and Call Center.
  • Proficiency with .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and XML.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Experience defining functional designs for conversions, interfaces, and integration development.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with C-level management.
  • Experience creating business cases and value propositions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Scribe Insight and supporting adapters.
  • Familiarity with Adxstudio and Dynamics CRM 2012 Portals.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NAV.

Education

Any Graduate
