Description

Lead the migration of legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2012 systems to Salesforce, overseeing architecture, integration, and technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy Dynamics CRM 2012 components to define transition strategies and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis to support phase-down strategies.
• Create technical and functional documentation, including Visio workflows and process engineering maps.
• Lead technical teams in using Microsoft CRM APIs for integration development and solution architecture.
• Develop analytical recommendations and business cases to ensure smooth system transitions.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Sales and Call Center modules within Microsoft CRM.
• Proficiency with .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and XML.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Experience defining functional designs for conversions, interfaces, and integration development.
• Proven experience in a consulting role facilitating discovery workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scribe Insight and supporting adapters.
• Familiarity with Adxstudio and Dynamics CRM 2012 Portals.
• Knowledge of integrating Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NAV.
