Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical designs in collaboration with engineering managers.
• Tune performance and resolve availability issues for services and their dependencies in production.
• Estimate development effort and identify dependencies across teams to satisfy complex requirements.
• Design software solutions independently, ensuring high performance and availability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, sales, and marketing modules.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and PCF controls.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, including custom entities, workflows, business rules, and managed solutions.
• Experience with user management, role assignment, and security configuration within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and HTTP architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integration with Microsoft services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services, specifically Azure Functions.
