You will architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet specific business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Lead data-centric discovery meetings with clients to define solution roadmaps.
• Partner with enterprise architecture teams to integrate Dynamics into the overall platform strategy.
• Manage project lifecycles by creating implementation plans and driving requirements through stage gates.
• Provide technical leadership and continuous training to business users and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 CRM consulting experience or comparable work with Salesforce, Oracle, or other enterprise CRM solutions.
• 5+ years of experience developing application architecture roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Hands-on experience with SQL and SQL Reporting Services.
• Technical proficiency with Tibco Cloud Connect, Visio, and MS Office.
• Experience providing pre-sales support and designing around technical requirements.
• Ability to develop business process diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to distill data and glean consumer insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing in a Field Service business or environment.
