Description

You will design and develop Dynamics 365 and CRM solutions, translating business requirements into technical implementations. Your work spans customization, integration, and performance optimization across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript code to extend CRM functionality.
• Customize entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate CRM with external systems using Web APIs, REST/SOAP, and Azure services such as Functions and Logic Apps.
• Manage data migration, mapping, and cleansing while troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
• Support deployments across environments, maintain documentation, and participate in code reviews and testing.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Ability to build plugins, custom workflow activities, and web API integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server for data management and querying.
• Familiarity with Azure integration services including Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Dataverse and model-driven apps.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
