Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Create technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documentation.
• Perform technical analysis and develop detailed specification documents.
• Analyze data to surface and support technical solutions.
• Track development progress and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years implementing and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of C# and Object Oriented Programming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, CRM, Visual Studio, and DevOps.
• Experience with PowerPlatform native components and software delivery.
• Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Microsoft certification in one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
