Description

You will design and develop CRM application interfaces and server-side automation logic for Dynamics 365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design CRM UI components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including custom entity forms and business rules.
• Develop server-side C# custom plugins and register them across environments using the plugin registration tool.
• Build Canvas and Model-Driven applications to improve user experience and meet organizational needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using SOAP, REST, and Web API services.
• Write test cases to validate full application functionality in QA environments prior to deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development.
• Strong proficiency in C# for custom plugin and server-side development.
• Expertise in JavaScript for client-side logic and UI manipulation.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for interface design.
• Knowledge of Web API, SOAP, and REST service integration.
• Ability to execute SQL queries and scripts to manipulate CRM database data and generate custom dashboards.
• Experience migrating legacy C#, JavaScript, and Web API code to modern versions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom ribbon buttons and workflow automation.
