Description

You will implement and configure complex solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build and update complex business process flows in Dynamics 365 Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps) and Platform.
• Evaluate business processes and translate organizational needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Function as both lead consultant and technical SME, guiding project direction, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
• Develop future state process maps and CRM solution blueprints.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in JavaScript development for Dynamics customization.
• Ability to write Dataverse queries and FetchXML, including solution layering strategies.
• Experience configuring API integrations, ideally with Drupal, Hivebrite, Docebo, or CVENT.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with both technical partners and end users.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Apps.
