You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions through interviews and workshops to translate business processes into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions including Dynamics 365, AX, and NAV.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while managing risks and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Provide client training and expert advice on best practices to ensure successful solution adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant focusing on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, or NAV.
• Proven experience in business analysis, functional design, and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience leading complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320).
