Act as the technical liaison between functional SMEs and offshore development teams for the D365 Child Welfare application.
Responsibilities
Write and refine functional and technical user stories across Intake, Investigation, Case Management, Services, Providers, Finance, and Reporting modules.
Interface daily with offshore developers and US-based Architects to clarify requirements and align on technical possibilities.
Perform hands-on configuration within D365, including data modeling and scripting.
Create UI mock-ups and screens to solve interface problems.
Conduct demos and walkthroughs of completed sprint work for stakeholders.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical product ownership or similar roles.
Hands-on D365 configuration experience, specifically with data modeling and scripting.
Experience with target mapping and reporting requirements.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for Agile project management.
Ability to create UI mock-ups and resolve user interface issues.
Working knowledge of Child Welfare systems, CCWIS, WIW, or Health and Human Services (HHS) environments.
Experience managing case management workflows within Dynamics.
Ability to travel to Washington D.C. up to 4 days per month.
