Description

You will support and modernize the existing application platform by configuring MS Dynamics and integrating new enhancements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Assess and configure MS Dynamics software, applications, and custom solutions.
• Ensure new enhancements integrate correctly with existing systems.
• Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.
• Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.
• Provide extended support for post-deployment issues and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related experience with MS Dynamics.
• Experience with deployment and change/release management cycles.
• Ability to integrate new enhancements with established systems.
• Understanding of operational and IT requirements for NY State agencies.
