Description

You will support an existing application platform and contribute to modernization enhancements for MS Dynamics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess and configure software, applications, custom solutions, and new applications using MS Dynamics.
• Ensure integration of new enhancements with existing systems.
• Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.
• Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.
• Provide extended support for post-deployment issues and deliver ongoing maintenance services.

Required Skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics.
• Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
• Familiarity with ITS requirements.
• Understanding of operational and IT requirements for OPWDD and ITS.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, IT, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deployment and change/release management.
