You will support an existing application platform and contribute to modernization enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess and configure MS Dynamics software, applications, and custom solutions.
• Ensure new enhancements integrate correctly with existing systems.
• Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.
• Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.
• Provide extended support for post-deployment issues and deliver maintenance services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Dynamics.
• Experience with application configuration and custom solution development.
• Experience in deployment and change/release management.
• Familiarity with ITS operational requirements.
• Ability to understand OPWDD operational and IT requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, IT, or Computer Science.
