Description

Design, build, and maintain custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including integrations with enterprise systems.

You will own the full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, and business process flows.
• Build custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources using C# and JavaScript.
• Implement integrations with ERP, LOB, Outlook, SharePoint, and Active Directory using REST/SOAP web services.
• Manage data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools.
• Create OOB and custom SSRS reports and ensure proper CRM security model implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Core .NET technologies, including C#, WCF, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, OData/REST APIs, and CRM Web API.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS for data migration and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NServiceBus or messaging frameworks.
• Functional knowledge of Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
