Description

You will design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from technical design to deployment. This role requires deep expertise in both the functional areas of Sales, Marketing, and Service, and the technical implementation of integrations, custom entities, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources to extend Dynamics CRM functionality.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LOB) using Web APIs (REST/OData), WCF, and messaging frameworks like NServiceBus.
• Manage data migration and synchronization using tools such as Scribe, SSIS, or equivalent solutions.
• Create and customize OOB and SSRS reports, ensuring adherence to CRM security models and best practices.
• Configure and customize MS Dynamics CRM Online, including entities, workflows, and O365/SharePoint/Outlook integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with specialized focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Core .NET technologies, including C#, WCF, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM Web Resources and client-side logic.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS for data integration and reporting.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture: Entities, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Security Models.
• Experience integrating CRM with MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365 Administration.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and deployment aspects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scribe for data migration tasks.
• Functional expertise in Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
