Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications and enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
• Build and customize Model-Driven and Canvas applications within Power Apps
• Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate
• Integrate cloud-based systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources
• Work with relational databases to design, develop, and optimize data models and queries
• Support database integration across Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle environments (SQL/PL-SQL)
• Ensure solutions follow secure coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices
• Participate in Azure DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline development and deployment processes
• Conduct application performance tuning and troubleshooting of technical issues
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams
• Perform vulnerability assessment and remediation using tools such as Veracode or similar platforms

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate)
• Proven experience in cloud-based application development and system integration
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration frameworks, and data modeling principles
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, including SQL/PL-SQL development
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and Azure CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with application security and vulnerability remediation practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise performance tuning and optimization strategies
• Exposure to modern DevOps tooling and automated deployment pipelines
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments
• Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
