Description

Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, managing integrations, customizations, and data migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extend Dynamics CRM via plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Configure and customize MS Dynamics CRM, including the CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LOB), MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365.
• Create OOB and custom SSRS reports for CRM.
• Handle data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365.
• Strong proficiency in core .NET technologies, including WCF and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, OData, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS for data integration and reporting.
• Understanding of CRM security models, entities, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRM functional areas: Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NServiceBus for messaging integration.
• Proficiency in AD Synchronization and O365 Administration.
