Description

You will optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations by bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements to solve complex operational problems.
• Map functional designs to technical designs and validate against test scripts and business processes.
• Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, and write functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Develop change request business cases, including cost/benefit analysis and recommendations.
• Create custom forms and reports to support team operations and assist in RFP requirement development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional analysis experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Deep expertise in four or more modules: General Ledger, Purchasing, Contract Management, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, or Grant Accounting.
• Proficiency in creating and updating custom reports using Management Reporter, BI Cubes, and SQL Server Report Builder.
• Experience modifying and creating new custom forms using SSRS.
• Strong understanding of relational database principles and methods.
• Advanced knowledge of automated systems testing.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
• Ability to lead business process re-engineering opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
