Description

Design, develop, and deploy customizations and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics GP, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build customizations using Dexterity, Modifier with VBA, and Visual Studio Tools.
• Develop data integrations between Dynamics GP and enterprise systems using eConnect, Integration Manager, and C# / .NET APIs.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers; create reports using SSRS and SmartList Builder.
• Troubleshoot system errors, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity issues as the technical escalation point.
• Assist in planning and executing GP version upgrades, service packs, and third-party ISV installations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP development, implementation, and technical support.
• Proficiency in Dexterity, eConnect, Integration Manager, and C# / .NET.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL programming, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Strong understanding of the underlying Dynamics GP database schema.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Power BI integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics GP migrations (e.g., to Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations).
• Familiarity with financial and clinical laboratory workflows.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
